For a technical issue, include the app version, Android version, what you were trying to do and any error message. The app version is shown at the bottom of My.
A screenshot can help, but remove private information first. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, installation credentials or identity documents. If we need to verify a request, we will explain a suitable method.
Common questions
Do I need an account to get started?
No sign-up is required for the current app. A guest identity is created when the app connects. An internet connection is needed to load activities and synchronize your records.
Can I recover my records after reinstalling?
Guest records are linked to the original installation. Uninstalling, clearing app data or changing devices currently removes access to that identity. Email support if you need help, but we cannot promise to recover a guest identity.
Who can see my personal cover photo?
Your uploaded cover is visible to your guest identity and is not published to other users. Our service processes and stores it to provide the feature.
Why is a photo option missing?
Personal covers are available only for activities that support them, after you mark the activity as tried.
Can I change the language?
Open My, then Language, to choose English or Simplified Chinese. Activity titles, descriptions and image text remain in the language supplied by the service.
How do I delete my information?
Open My → My data → Delete my data, or start an email request on our deletion page. Uninstalling alone does not delete server records.
